Everyday I will be doing a workout of some sort on M,W,F it will be at approximately 1:00-1:15, T, TR, will will begin at 12:30
Every frater is invited to join me at these times if available
Study hours will also be after the workout is concluded until 5

These workout plans should provide general muscular growth with an emphasis on Strength. Compound exercises and cardio will supplement for fat loss and athleticism (you can also do this workout on your own time if not available at this time )

Today Monday Feb. 18th - Legs, biceps brachii,

Each exercise Paired should be supersetted - which means alternate from exercise to exercise in that group. For example do a set of leg press then a set of inc. dumbell curls rest 1-2 min. repeat untill your sets are met.

Leg press 3x 12 ( as heavy as necessary to complete 12 reps)
incline dumbell curls - 3x8 (moderate)

Leg curls - 3x 12, 10 , 8 moderate to heavy)
Hammer curls -3x 15 ( moderate to light)

Leg extension -3x 12, 10, 8 ( moderate to heavy)
Concentration curls- 3x 10 ( moderate to heavy)

Hang clean press - NO SUPER SET HERE JUST A TOTAL BODY BURN OUT
3x 20 ( light )


30 - 45 min. cardio treadmill , Eliptical, exercise bike, etc.
I will be doing High intensity interval training which is not required or for the faint of heart.....hope to see you there

I will write up tomorrows's workout tonight ...and post tomorrow
